Overseas Scholarship Scheme by Telangana Government: Gone are the days when students just think and drool over the criteria of studying in foreign countries, gone are the days when the students lack the crucial aid of developing themselves for the good in the educational field or those days when it was very difficult to study in overseas. These are all by the Telangana government through the TRS party president Mr. K.C.R. All this begins when the government of India has announced Dr B.R Ambedkar Vidya Nidhi scheme for SCs and STs and minorities so that they can pursue higher education from New Zealand, USA, UK, Australia and Canada.
This propagates a spark of incitement among the backward classes too. Hence, the Editor of the Siasat Mr. Zahed Ali Khan wrote a letter to CM K. Chandrashekhar Rao that backward classes should not be ignored since the potential among the students of these classes is drastically high. Students are very much capable. He confronted the fact of students possessing good academic performances in their respective subjects.
The only thing which is obstructing them is financial aid. Thus, if the backward communities too in the reference with Vidya Nidhi scheme to SCs and STs gets to achieve scholarship it would be very fruitful. This would not only be just fruitful but also, it would set a good message for the state of Telangana to other states. This scheme will help those students who are interested to complete their M.S(c) degree or Master’s degree from abroad like USA, Canada, Australia and other countries etc. This scheme may help them.
How To Avail Scholarship (Scheme)?
And after a lot of hardship and tight prosecution a GO No 24 dated 19th May 2015 has been passed which sanctions a scholarship of upto Rs.10 lakhs to the student for overseas education where student of various backward communities can attain their Master’s degree. 25 crore INR has been sanctioned and approved by T.S government as its budget (in that year when it was published). A lot of students seen saying that they will avail scholarship after they reach the Abroad, students need to apply from the ePASS Portal website of the Telangana state or other whichever is mentioned, and later with all the required documents the same has to submitted as hard copy.
The students have to wait till it’s approved, once approved as all the CET details would be verified and application is forward and finally reaches to the district treasury sanction office for the final approval and when it’s approved, sooner the scholarship amount would be credit to the bank account of the students, this is almost same procedure as the B.Tech, B.E or M.Tech in Telangana, although the information available here is collected from various sources, the concerned studnets are requested to confirm the same with the officials and apply as per the correct procedure. T.S government is taking up each and necessary steps for the development and upliftment of its citizens especially for its students by coping up with them in every manner.
