Reimbursement Renewal Application For B.Tech/Pharm, M.Tech MBA: The engineering students who have joined the engineering will get an amount as a scholarship named ‘fee reimbursement’. The amount is sanctioned by the State government. The amount sanctioned is Rs.35,000/- (Information as in 2016). To claim this amount the students needs to have the income below 1 lakh per annum and furnish income certificate obtained from Meeseva as a proof. This information is for B.Tech JNTU Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH, JNTUK, JNTUA), OU (Osmania University), B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, MBA, State level schools colleges pre-metric and post metric SSC intermediate for all SC, ST, OC, BC castes, and general for renewals 2nd year, 3rd year and final or fourth year.

In order to claim the scholarship as fee reimbursement which will be sent to the college, the student needs to apply or submit an application online and hard copy offline into the college (the students needs to submit it every year). The student can apply after the State government announced the date of application on https://epass.cgg.gov.in

The students belonging to B.Tech II, III or IV years (2,3,4 years) may have already received their scholarship amounts between Rs.1200/- to Rs.4000/- in their bank account and varies for M.Tech & MBA IInd years. Anyhow to claim the scholarship in the current year the student needs to apply for ‘Renewal Registration for Fee-Reimbursement’.

How To Apply for ReImbursement Application (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh):

Before filling the reimbursement, renewal application read the guidelines and the following documents must be scanned & uploaded on the website. First you need to go to E-Pass website https://epass.cgg.gov.in and select your state, after selecting the state go to ‘Studen services’ and click on ‘Renewal Applications’ if you are applying to renew for scholarship, select according to your specifications. The process is very simple for renewal of E-pass scholarships as you have already applied in the previous year, you just need to add some more details and that’s enough.

Documents To Be Scanned and Uploaded For ePASS Scholarship (TS & AP):

1. Bank pass book first page with IFSC code
2. Study bonafide of last 7 years of study. (VI class to previous class you have qualified).
3. The previous year or semester marks memo.
4. Original income affidavit which is duly signed by parent and student. (Make sure the affidavit is signed before scanned and uploaded)

Documents To Be Enclosed with Hard Copy For ePASS Scholarship:

1. Original income affidavit which is duly signed by parent and student.
2. Photocopy of Caste certificate which is obtained from Mee-Seva
3. Study bonafide of last 7 years of study. (VI class to previous or current year).
4. Photocopy of UIDAI Aadhar card
5. Photocopy of SSC or 10th marks memo.
6. Allotment Order of Convenor or CET order.
7. Revenue stamps (1 Rupee-4no.s)

When The Scholarship Is Sanctioned:

Most probably the Epass scholarships are sanctioned in the months of March or April but it totally depends on State government. The state governments will sanction an amount of Rs.35,000/-INR (as per the rules, information updated in 2016) to the college and an amount between Rs.1250 to Rs.4000 in the student’s bank account directly.
